Mad Cow Theatre is located in the heart of downtown Orlando, with ample parking and a wide array of restaurants within walking distance. Our two theatres and lobby are available for rent for performances, rehearsal, benefit concerts, music recitals, business and corporate meetings, civic gatherings, social celebrations and commercial, television and film shoots.

Stage Left is a fully equipped theatre with 100 fixed seats and Stage Right is a fully equipped "black box" theatre with flexible seating of 50 - 60. Our beautiful lobby doubles as an art gallery and can be used for social gatherings and catered functions. As the theatres share the lobby for ticketing and concessions, the availability of the lobby is dependant on the scheduling of the other spaces.

Rental periods begin when our technicians commence work to prepare for your event and ends when the theatre has been restored to its pre-show condition and our technicians have left the building. Please note that least some technical staff must be on site for all users of the theatre or lobby, including rehearsals.

As Mad Cow Theatre has a year round production schedule, there is limited time that the stages are free for other use, particularly in the evening. Please note that the set design of most of our shows may make it difficult to book an evening performance event during the run of a show and we encourage you to provide alternative dates if possible in your inquiry.

Interested parties should fill out the Rental Questionnaire form and fax it to the Rental Coordinator at 407.206.0481. Basic rental rates are available here. When we know more about your particular needs, we will be able to give you a specific cost estimate. All renters will be required to complete a contract, furnish deposits and meet insurance requirements before an event can be confirmed.

All events at Mad Cow Theatre must be compatible with the theatre's mission statement. As such, Mad Cow Theatre reserves the right to turn down events which it deems are not compatible with our status as a charitable institution.
