The Mad Cow internship program is designed for college students and young professionals seeking to gain practical experience in arts administration. Internships are currently offered in the areas of development, marketing and communications. Interns are fully integrated into daily operations at the Theatre and are mentored by the Manager of Community Engagement and individuals in their department. Unfortunately at this time internships are unpaid and do not compensate for travel. However, in addition to in-depth mentorship, interns may receive professional development opportunities and participate in learning seminars. Interns are asked to work 15-20 hours per week and provide their own laptop.
