FLEXIBLE TICKETING
One of the benefits of becoming a subscriber to Mad Cow Theatre is flexibility with ticketing. You pick the date you want and let the Box Office know at least 72* hours in advance. Your tickets will be waiting for you at the Box Office the day of the performance. It's as simple as that.
If you schedule yourself for a performance that you are unable to attend just let the Box Office know as soon as possible. Subscribers are not charged a fee** to move tickets to another performance!
SPECIAL SEATING REQUESTS
Mad Cow Theatre will always strive to meet your special seating requests whenever possible. We do offer limited seating for patrons with disabilities so please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your individual needs.
PARKING
Subscribers have the option to pre-pay for parking at the Library Parking Garage conveniently located between Pine St and Central Blvd, just around the corner from our main entrance. There are also ADA parking spaces on Pine St as well as inside the parking garage.
If you have purchased the parking feature with your subscription all you have to do is bring us your parking ticket each time you come to see one of your regularly scheduled season shows. We will provide you with the stamp you need to turn it back in to the garage attendant for no further charges.

*Any subscriber reservation made within 72 hours cannot be guaranteed a prime seat or special seating request. If we cannot accommodate you for your first choice we will help you find another performance on the calendar that can. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
