In 1998 nine members of the New York based Tectonic Theatre Project traveled to Laramie Wyoming to explore the creation of a work of theatre based upon the murder of University of Wyoming student Mathew Shepard. The Laramie Project is the result of that journey. An honest, shattering portrait of small-town America. The Laramie Project is the winner of the Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Play.

A special one-night event - a reading of Wilder's Our Town. Join the cast as they explore the parallels between these two works as a method of deepening the experience of The Laramie Project.
